1. We start small. As in, tiny steps. And when you've got those guys in line, then you move on. And little by little, you make these gentle changes. Until one day you realize that you are in that comfortable place of feeling energetic and relaxed most of the same time. Most, not all. We don't aim for that 'all or nothing' business; it won't last. We feel it kind of a 'for life' thing, and of course life is for living, not to striving be 'healthy' all the time. And exercise? We want you to look forward to it, not dread it.
